SECTION 24 — STATEMENTS REGARDING PRODUCT ORIGINALITY AND TRADEMARKS (DISCLAIMER)

1. Store The Your Aromat is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the manufacturers of the brands whose perfumes are included in our range. All trademarks, trade names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and have been used solely for informational purposes and scent identification.

2. Offered by us decants (samples) are 100% original perfumes sourced from authentic bulk bottles.

3. The decanting (transfer) process is performed independently by The Your Aromat in sterile conditions. The finished product is delivered in a neutral glass atomizer, which is not the official packaging of the respective brand's manufacturer.

4. By purchasing a decant, the customer acknowledges that they are receiving the product in replacement packaging, prepared to individual order, which allows for testing the fragrance before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
